Hey lovelies! Sorry I’ve been a little MIA, but I’m coming up on the end of the semester so finals have been kicking my butt and I’m in the midst of the Sailor-Moon-A-Thon! But I’m super excited that I was tagged to do this because it gives me an excuse to take a break from all of that. Thank you so much Meghan @ Meghan’s Whimsical Explorations & Reviews for tagging me! ♛ 11 Random Facts About Me ♛

1. My name is Sailor and I loved Sailor Moon as a child although it had nothing to do with us having the same name.
2. I’ve always really wanted to have a tamandua (aka anteater) as a pet! They’re so freaking cute.
3. I tend to have very unpopular bookish opinions.
4. The coolest concert that I’ve ever attended was The 1975 at the Southside Ballroom in Texas. It was general admission, and I showed up mere minutes before the show was starting compared to some people that had camped out the day before in hopes of getting to the front. I made it to the second “row” and it was just such a magical experience.
5. I’m all about memes. My friends have me send them some daily because they know that I have the best ones lol.
6. Daredevil and Stranger Things are my favorite tv shows of all time. I absolutely love Matt Murdock & Chief Hopper and Steve Harrington with my whole heart. And don’t @ me for this, but I really like Billy. I guess I’m just trash for 80s bad boys.
7. I recently became obsessed with the game Amaze and I’m now on level 895..
8. All I want to do in 2019 is reread all of the books. Like I’m excited for so many new releases but my mind is just going “No, you want to read about Jude and Cardan AGAIN.”
9. My favorite movie of all-time is The Rundown. It’s a really old Dwayne Johnson movie from back in his wrestling days but it’s iconic. Me and my entire family can quote the whole movie line for line.
10. I think the tv show The Goldbergs is extremely underappreciated and everyone should watch it!!! I mean a very dysfunctional family in the 80s? Count me in. Plus a lot of it actually happened and it shows real clips of the family at the end of each episode which I love.
11. I have like 8 different coloring apps on my phone and when I’m extremely stressed out, that’s how I spend my time.

What’s your favorite book?

This is easily The Wicked King by Holly Black.

Dogs or cats, and why?

Dogs! I’m a huge animal person, and I do love both, but I prefer dogs. My fluffer is an 11 year old Great Pyrenees named Powder and she is so precious omg. Dogs are just too pure for this world. They’re all such good boys and girls. My cat scares me lol

If you could have any superpower, what would it be?

The ability to shape-shift. I could turn into a different person and steal their identity. I could turn into a bird and just fly away from someone’s bullcrap. Infinite possibilities here.

What book do you think would be best made into a musical?

I’m honestly not a musical person so this is a hard one.. Maybe Geekerella by Ashley Poston? I’m just imagining all of the cosplay making, and con scenes as songs and honestly I would watch it.

What’s your favorite book to movie/TV show adaption?

The Lord of the Rings trilogy. The casting and acting and just everything was phenomenal. And my man Aragorn just looked so good ugh.

What’s your favorite place to eat out?

So there’s a local Mexican restaurant that I love, but chain-wise I’d have to say Grub Burger Bar or Olive Garden.

What’s your favorite song?

This is literally the hardest question to answer because I just listen to so much different music. This would be easier to answer by genre or decade or something lol. But if I had to pick one, I guess it would be Thunderstruck by AC/DC. (But Time by Colouring is a close second!)

What book would you like to see made into a TV series?

THE RAVEN CYCLE!!! Although I’m also scared for this to happen because they’ll ruin my characters and I just know it.

What’s your most anticipated book release of the year?

Mine was King of Fools by Amanda Foody but it just came out 3 days ago and I’m LOVING it so far. So for the rest of the year I’ll have to say I’m most looking forward to The Queen of Nothing by Holly Black which was moved up to November 19th instead of next year!!!! Super pumped about it.

What do you think is your spirit animal and why?

I’ve actually thought about this way too much lol so I’m definitely going to say a black panther. They’re just so iconic, but also big lazy cats, and v scary and deadly. So it’s everything I could ever want.

If you could have any animal as a pet, what would it be?

Well I already disclosed by yearning for a Tamandua earlier so I’ll have to go with a beluga whale!!
