Hi everyone, welcome back! I’m a little behind on tags right now because life has been crazy, so I’m hoping to catch up soon.
My really good friend Aaryn tagged me to do this, so you can check out her video doing this same tag here! Without further ado, let’s get into it.
♛ Totally should’ve gotten a sequel: ♛
I’m usually really content with standalones, but if I had to pick one to get a sequel it would definitely be Daughter of the Burning City by Amanda Foody! I just think there’s more magic and parts of both the circus and the world to be discovered here.
♛ Totally should’ve had a spin off series ♛
I’m lowkey cheating but I’ve been advocating for a spin-off for Maggie Stiefvater’s The Raven Cycle for years. And we’re finally being blessed and getting that Ronan spin-off later this year!
♛ An author who totally should write more books ♛
Laini Taylor of course! Her writing is so beautiful and her stories are so magical. I want more of her content.
♛ A character who totally should’ve ended up with someone else ♛
This is a hot take, but I have to say Hermione Granger. I don’t think she should have ended up with Ron.
♛ Totally should’ve ended differently ♛
Ruin and Rising…need I say more?
♛ Totally should’ve had a movie franchise ♛
I honestly feel like the Falling Kingdoms books would make a great movie franchise.
♛ Totally should’ve had a TV show ♛
The Caraval series! It would thrive as a Netflix adaption or something.
♛ Totally should’ve had only one point of view ♛
I’m stealing Aaryn’s answer for this one and saying A Court of Frost and Starlight by Sarah J. Maas. Azriel’s POV is all that matters, yet literally everyone except for him got a POV. So unfair. So it should have been from ONLY his POV in this case.
♛ Totally should have a cover change ♛
Kate Daniels. Those covers just do the books so dirty.
♛ Totally should’ve kept the original covers ♛
The Rebel of the Sands series by Alwyn Hamilton!! The original covers are stunning but they changed to ugly ones with a person on the cover ugh.
♛ Totally should’ve stopped at book one ♛
I’m just not a huge fan of these books, so Godsgrave and Darkdawn not even existing would have been great for me.
It’s past midnight right now and I’m too lazy to see who has done this or not, so if you want to do it, congrats, you’re tagged!
What did you think of my answers? Have you done this tag before? Let me know in the comments!

Haha! Totally agree with the Rebel of the Sands books. They were so pretty why did they have to change?!
Great answers to this tag! 😊

Right? I’m just really not a fan of people on covers.
Thanks Meghan! (:

Yeah, it can be kinda weird with people on covers, I feel you! 😀

I would pay Leigh to see Mal dead for good 💀
Why did they do that to rebel of the sands?? it was so pretty, another good one would be the diviners, the first cover was gorgeous!
And I think we can at least give Kate Daniels points for consistency 😅

Facts. He should have been killed off in the first few pages of Shadow and Bone during the war. Then all of the books would have been so much better.
I know!! They did Rebel of the Sands dirty so I ordered all mine from the U.K. to have matching pretty covers lol. Yeah The Diviners has had SO MANY cover changes that it’s ridiculous.
Oof true! Honestly most adult fantasy covers are really awful.
